About the Lake Home
This modern waterfront vacation home sits just off Central Avenue in Hot Springs in a quiet cove on the center of Lake Hamilton.
Living Area
The living area has lots of room with a dining table that seats 6, an island that seats 3 and a couch and recliner with a flat screen tv.
Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, wine/beverage fridge, microwave, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and utensils.
Bedrooms
The house has three bedrooms - 1 master (king) upstairs and 2 bedrooms (full size and two twins) downstairs (accessed via an external entrance).
Bathrooms
The master bathroom has a bath/shower with a sink and toilet. The lower bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower (no bathtub).
The Deck
We have a table with umbrella along with a gas BBQ grill looking out over Lake Hamilton.
The Property
You can tie your boat off the dock in front of the house and relax on the deck overlooking the lake.
